Most students are admitted at the start of school year in April, but if class vacancies are available, school can accept admission throughout the year.

A child whose birthday falls within 14 days after the age cut-off requirements (ex. turns 2 years old by April 10) but shows class-appropriate skills and academic abilities may be considered for admission after successful student interview.

Application for Admission
Submit application-related documents and pay application fee. Application form will be emailed to you after submission of required documents and payment of fee has been completed.
Application Requirements (We receive all application documents by Email or Mail)
● Confirmation of payment of application fee
● Mother and Child Health Handbook
・copy of first page with the name of child and parent
・copy of Vaccination page
・recent Medical Check-Up page
● If Mother and Child Health Handbook (Boshitecho) is not available, submit the following.
・copy of child’s birth certificate
・parents passport
・vaccination records
● For foreign applications, submit a copy of all family members’ residence card
(front and back)
● If available, child’s recent medical health check-up record
(validity within 3 months from date of application)
● If available, any record from previously attended school
(Progress Report, Recommendation Letter, Certificate of Attendance)

Fill out application form
Person who will fill out Application Form must be present during the interview with the child. Application form will be reviewed along with the required documents. Qualified applicants will be notified by email for an interview date.
Interview with student and parents
Admission interview will be conducted with student and parents to determine the applicant’s school readiness, English level and family background. Interview results will be sent to you within 3 days.
Accomplish enrollment
Successful applicants can complete enrollment-related documents and accomplish enrollment fee obligations.
Attend Parent Orientation
Learn how to support your child’s academic success and meet your child’s teacher.
※Postponement of Enrollment
The school may accommodate a postponement of enrollment for up to six (6) months from the original start date. If you require a longer postponement, please contact the Admissions Office. Please note that all postponement requests are subject to space availability and administrative approval.
