This month's theme is enoki mushrooms!
We made miso soup with carrots, daikon radish and enoki mushroom ☺️
Everyone raved about how delicious the miso soup we made together was!!
The older class students noticed the taste was a little different from their home-made miso soup...
They also learned that the flavour changes depending on who makes it 😂
